Carousel Candies came to America from Turin, Italy in 1917 when the city's top confectioner left his shop "Il Giostra" (The Carousel) to start making his hand crafted confections in America.

The Silvestri family purchased Carousel Candies in 1997.

In 2007, the factory was moved from its original home of Cicero, Illinois to its current home in Geneva, Illinois.

Small batch, copper kettle, hand crafted caramels, chocolates and other fine confections are made with family and community values as the core of our  beliefs and policies. We still strive to follow the values we were founded on from over 100 years ago.
