SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders will ship via UPS Ground service. You may select an expedited option during checkout.
We will raise shipping rates during the summer months to cover the additional costs of using cooler boxes and ice packs.
We make every effort possible to protect our products during shipping. However, summer and warm months are quite challenging and even with ice packs and cooler boxes, melting of chocolate is very possible. If you live in a warm area of the country, we highly recommend choosing an expedited shipping method.
Do not leave products in areas of high heat, direct sunlight, in a vehicle or any other area that is potentially warm/hot. Always store in a cool and dry location for maximum protection.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are proud of the products we manufacture and will stand behind all of our products. Unfortunetly, food products can not be returned.
If you are dissatified for any reason, please call customer service (630.232.2500) and we will make sure you are refunded, sent new product or provided a coupon code for any future orders.
